MKCL ERA Learning में Interactivity Issue कैसे Solve करें?
अगर MKCL ERA Learning में Interactivity Open नहीं हो रही है, Activity आगे नहीं बढ़ रही है या Learning Step Complete नहीं हो रहा है, तो नीचे दिए गए steps को एक-एक करके follow करें।
Step 1: Internet Connection Check करें
सबसे पहले check करें कि computer में Internet properly connected और stable है या नहीं।
Internet speed check करें।
कोई दूसरी website open करके देखें।
Internet में problem हो तो पहले उसे solve करें।
Step 2: ERA Application Update करें
Internet ठीक है तो check करें कि ERA Application का latest version installed है या नहीं।
पुराना version हो तो latest version install/update करें।
इसके बाद ERA को दोबारा Open करें।
Step 3: Firewall और Virus Protection Check करें
Windows का Firewall या Virus & Threat Protection कभी-कभी ERA Application को block कर सकता है।
Firewall settings check करें।
Virus & Threat Protection settings check करें।
Testing के लिए temporary changes किए हों तो troubleshooting के बाद protection वापस ON करें।
Step 4: UAC Settings Check करें
Windows Search में UAC लिखकर Change User Account Control Settings open करें।
Settings check करने के बाद computer को Restart करें।
Step 5: Compatibility Troubleshooter Run करें
ERA Application पर Right Click → Properties → Compatibility → Run Compatibility Troubleshooter पर जाएँ।
Troubleshooting complete होने के बाद ERA को फिर से Open करें।
Step 6: Learning फिर से Check करें
ERA Open करके संबंधित Learning Activity / Interactivity को फिर से check करें।
अगर issue solve हो गया है, तो आगे की Learning continue कर सकते हैं।
Step 7: फिर भी Issue है तो ERA Reinstall करें
अगर सभी steps करने के बाद भी problem solve नहीं होती है, तो:
ERA Uninstall → Computer Restart → Latest ERA Version Install → ERA Open → Learning Check
Quick Troubleshooting
Internet Check → ERA Update → Firewall/Antivirus Check → UAC Check → Compatibility Troubleshooter → Restart → Reinstall
इन steps को इसी क्रम में follow करने से MKCL ERA Learning में आने वाली Interactivity समस्या को troubleshoot करना आसान हो जाता है।
